At Oflightandmetal, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and want you to love every purchase. Please read our exchange and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange on eligible items.
Items must be returned in new, unworn conditions, with no damage or signs of use.
Tags must remain attached until you are certain you want to keep the item.
Clients may choose another design for exchange. If the preferred design is unavailable, an alternative or upgrade can be selected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, including necklaces, earrings, or rings, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
3. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s in good condition.
If approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange. You may select another design or request an upgrade if preferred.
